If you're having your ceremony elsewhere, and have a larger crowd, then the Tulsa Home Builders Association building might be the choice for you. They have an area for lots of tables around a large dance floor. There is also a bar area at the back of the dance floor.
The HBA has a room, complete with kitchen and stage, to accommodate up to 400 people

If you're having your ceremony elsewhere, and have a medium sized crowd, then the Collins Ballroom in Sapulpa might be the choice for you.
Nice tall windows on the East side is a great place to put the head table.
They do not have a dance floor, so ask how I can make arrangements for a dance floor to be provided for you (extra charge for dancefloor).
The Collins Ballroom can accommodate approximately 200 people.

Located just south of downtown Tulsa, the Dresser Mansion is a great place to spend the day hanging out and getting ready for the big day.
The outside courtyard is big enough for both ceremony and reception, or you can have the reception inside.

The Keystone Community Center (Formerly Two Rivers of the Four Winds) cabin overlooks Keystone Lake on top of a hill.
A great place to have your ceremony and reception at the same location.
